Unfortunately, prescriptions are not linked with our online store. Only items available at a pharmacy without a prescription are available on idapharmacy.shop.
If you are a customer at one of our locations (Carleton Place, Stittsville, Richmond, and Greenbank-Huntclub), you may order your prescriptions through our renewal portal at www.idapharmacy.com
All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location. Give your order approximately 2-5 business days after shipping to be delivered.
We offer four local pick up locations: Carleton Place, Stittsville, Richmond, and Greenbank-Huntclub. Please select the free local pickup option when placing your order.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for any unopened and unused items. Just email us directly at email@example.com and we’ll take you through the process.
If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll gladly walk you through the process of a return.
For items that were damaged by use, we unfortunately cannot return them as they have been opened and used.
